Privacy policy
This policy explains how Construction Trades London handles your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Who we are
Construction Trades London (constructiontrades.co.uk) is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our address is 119 Uxbridge Road, London W7 3ST. You can contact us about privacy at info@georgemorina.com or on 07859 079933.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, postcode, the type of project and any message you choose to send. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can respond. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, special category data such as health information.
How we use your data and our lawful basis
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. Under UK GDPR our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as our processor for that purpose. FormSubmit may process data outside the UK; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. We only share your data with others where required by law or where you have asked us to, for example with an architect or engineer on your project.
Maps
The map on our homepage is provided by OpenStreetMap and only loads when you click “Show map”. Until you do, no request is made to OpenStreetMap. Once loaded, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and browser information, as with any website you visit.
Cookies
We do not use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies, and we do not show advertising. The site does not set cookies for those purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact with you and then delete them. If your enquiry becomes a contract, we keep project records for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax, insurance and guarantee obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, contact us at info@georgemorina.com. We will respond within one month.
How to complain
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
